The New York Holstein Association has announced that the New York Spring Dairy Carousel has been cancelled. All events at New York State Fairgrounds in April have been cancelled in order to comply with NYS regulations in regards to COVID-19.
Our executive and show committee along with NYHA staff will work together over the next week to come up with a plan for entry refunds.
