Following the latest proof run Bullsemen.com have strengthened their lineup with many new bulls. Maintaining their position in the market, Bullsemen.com still has 27 out of the top 100 PLI bulls which is more than any other semen supplier.
Possibly one of the most interesting bulls added is River-Bridge Co-Op Troy, an elite new genomic sire. Troy (Mogul X Freddie X Mascol) offers a mixture of new and world class bloodlines and is currently being used as a sire of sons. As the 3rd highest Lifetime NM bull in the USA, combined with a high TPI score he offers the complete package.
Troy’s figures show the same strength in the UK. His daughters will benefit from +3.08 UK Type Merit, a PLI of +266 and impeccable health traits, making him the highest Mogul son for Lifespan (+0.7) and Daughter Fertility (+6.3).
When comparing Troy with some of the other new elite bulls to enter the UK market he is only a few points of PLI in difference to some that are reported to be selling for significant prices. Offering different bloodlines is the genomic bull Bo-Irish Graf Cantara (Grafeeti X Z Earnit). He offers his daughters a PLI of +236 and UK Type Merit of +2.73. With over 51kgs of Fat and Protein combined and an individual Fat percentage of +0.19% Cantara is one of Bullsemen.com’s strongest component bulls.
