Accelerated Genetics hired Mark Holmen, Fountain, Minn. as a Beef Specialist/District Sales Representative. He will focus on growing beef market share for his region.
In addition, he will coordinate and assist with customer meetings, breeding projects, beef sales strategies, and promotional efforts. Mark will also work with salespeople in growing sales with existing customers. Holmen comes to Accelerated Genetics with a wealth of ag-related sales experience including nutrition and ultrasound equipment. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Animal and Plant Systems. He previously served on the Minnesota Angus Association Board of Directors. Holmen and his wife, Becky, live on a small farm with their two sons, Ryan and Carter.
