Brent Lee Metcalf Stephens born October 18th, 1979 passed away suddenly on April 28th, 2015. Husband of Kristen (nee Monkman), loving daddy of Natasha, Breyden, and Trey; Son of Bruce and Cathy Stephens, Grandson of Percy and Lois Metcalf, Brother of Darren (Christine), Greg (Dana), and Ian (Nicole); Son in Law of Neil and Lori Monkman, Grandson in Law of Catherine Monkman, Joan Houghton, and Sarah Roberts; Brother in Law of Holly (Henry) and Elizabeth. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
He was an active Junior Farmer and a volunteer firefighter in Wilkesport. He was a supportive member of his community. Kristen and Brent met in 2005, moved to Caledon in 2006, and got married in 2007. He loved his entire family and his loving kids.
His passions were farming, bull dozing, cottaging, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, all his toys, servicing mommy’s lawn mowers, building projects with the kids and also watching Shawn the Sheep with them. Brent always said he was living the dream.
Brent will be truly missed by all who knew him as he touched so many lives. Special thanks to the Cheltenham volunteer firefighters. Any donations are appreciated to the London Children’s Hospital.
