A service agreement was signed with Ayrshire Québec at the end of March: the administrative management of the Association will, from now on, be serviced by Holstein Québec.
As such, Ayrshire Québec gains administrative support in the management of its daily operational activities: human resources coordination, office duties and equipment, bookkeeping, and marketing.
Both organizations’ Directors are viewing this new service agreement as a great business opportunity. Holstein Québec will contribute its team’s specific expertise and share costs common to both organizations. For its part, Ayrshire Québec will have access to a larger resource pool to accomplish its mission, while still keeping the direction and strategic decisions related to the development of the breed in its Directors’ hands.
