Senior Champions Claim Top Titles In 2022 International Junior Milking Shorthorn Show

Grand Champion Cash Award and the Lillian and Keith King and Jim King Grand Champion of the Junior Show at World Dairy Expo®. Zora, shown by Dillon Freeman of Bremen, Indiana, was also the first junior and second place in the Four-Year-Old Cow Class.

The Reserve Grand Champion was DND-Pirelli Onsight-EXP, shown by Jaxon Burris of Mabel, Minnesota. Onsight stood next to Zora as the second place junior in the Four-Year-Old Cow Class on her way to the Reserve Senior Champion title.

The Intermediate Champion was the Junior Two-Year-Old, Jomill Mr Right Aloha, shown by Aubree, Aiden and Alaina Topp of Botkins, Ohio. The Reserve Intermediate Champion was the Junior Three-Year-Old, Brand-New Z Fall In Love-ET, shown by Colton and Ashley Brandel of Lake Mills, Wisconsin.

Woodsey-Dell Lran Chopper-EXP, exhibited by Alora Sprout of Springville, Pennsylvania was the winning Winter Calf and tapped Junior Champion of the International Junior Milking Shorthorn Show. The winning spring yearling, Halpins Rockstar Dixie, was named Reserve Junior Champion. Dixie is owned by Colt or Owen Halpin of Halpin Farms, Buckingham, Illinois.

Official judge Joe Sparrow of Owenton, Kentucky and associate judge Matt Fry of Chestertown, Maryland placed 91 junior entries.
