- Call the hotel(s) and cancel your room booking(s)
- Cancel your flight
While a future date/plans will be considered, we have no information at this time, therefore full refunds will be issued to participants. It is possible however that it may take several days to process.

Bien que nous envisagions de reporter le Congrès à une date future, nous n’avons aucune information pour le moment. Les participants seront intégralement remboursés. Toutefois, il est possible que le remboursement prenne plusieurs jours.
