The Holstein Association USA is holding their National Convention in Salt Lake City, UT this coming week, and the Papageorge family is welcoming visitors to their well-known
Pappys Farm located in Farr West, UT – only a 40-minute drive north of the Convention headquarters!
Founded in 1926 by Alex Papageorge, a Greek immigrant, who established a diversified farm that has grown into a renowned dairy operation. In 1940, Alex bought his first registered Holsteins, setting the stage for a lifelong passion for quality cattle. His sons, Jim and Harry, dedicated their lives to developing Pappys Farm and its prized Holsteins. Jim’s son Alex and Harry’s son Ted eventually took over the dairy. The family has been active in the show ring for decades, and currently, they milk about 50 Registered Holsteins.
During your visit you can tour the dairy, grab a snack, visit the photo booth, play lawn games and enjoy an amazing view.
