The All-American Dairy Show is preparing to welcome exhibitors, vendors and guests to the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in Harrisburg, from Sept. 16-20.
“We have another top-notch event planned and we’re excited to welcome dairy enthusiasts from across the country to join us in Harrisburg,” said All-American Dairy Show President Michelle Cornman. “We look forward to showcasing our junior exhibitors and seeing some of the best cattle in the country on the shavings, while offering learning opportunities and enjoying the fellowship of friends.”
A reminder that late entries for the show will be accepted until September 9, and NO onsite entries will be accepted. Substitutions within breeds will be accepted through the conclusion of check-In. Entries can be made here: www.allamericandairyshow.com/registration.
Please review the health requirements, available on the website under “Rules.” A 30-day Certificate of Veterinary Inspection is required, and a reminder that rabies vaccinations are required again for this year’s show.
New this year, a chicken BBQ is slated for Sunday, Sept. 17, from 5:30-7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online when during registration for $15, or at the door for $18. Tickets can be purchased through the online registration system – even if not exhibiting animals at the show. Limited tickets will be available onsite.
Premier National Junior Events run from Sept. 16-18, culminating with the selection of Supreme Champion at 4 p.m., in the New Holland Large Arena. The Obie Award, Image Award, Pioneer Award and Hall of Fame Award winners will all be presented during the pageant.The open All-American shows are Sept. 19-20, with Supreme Champion set for Wednesday, Sept. 20, at 2 p.m. Cowsmopolitan is the official photographer for the All-American, and all shows will be covered.
