2018 Butter Sculpture Unveiling at Pennsylvania Farm Show

The Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture Russell Redding and a local dairy farmer will join American Dairy Association North East in unveiling the 2018 Pennsylvania Farm Show butter sculpture at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 4, in the Main Hall of the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center.

The sculpture, a longstanding Farm Show tradition, is crafted from 1,100 pounds of butter donated by the Land O’Lakes plant in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
