Nominees in each category were selected in early December, and judging took place at the end of the December. Contest judges were the 2013 officials of qualifying All Canadian shows across Canada.

The Champion Cow of the 2013 All Canadian Contest is PAGE-CREST EXCITATION KARLIE, bred by Derek Leon Page, and owned by Arethusa Farm, Litchfield, CT, USA. KARLIE was named the 2013 Intermediate and Grand Champion at World Dairy Expo and a month later claimed the 2013 Senior, Grand, and Supreme Champion titles at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair.
The Champion Heifer of the 2013 All Canadian Contest is LOOKOUT GLOW IN THE DARK ET, bred by Lookout Jerseys & R&V Peterson, and exhibited by Lookout Jerseys & Frank & Diane Borba, North Hatley, QC. GLOW IN THE DARK started her 2013 show career as the class winner at both the Salon International Laitier and the New York Spring Show. She then went on finishing her year as the Junior Champion at the 2013 National Jersey Show at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair.
