The Wisconsin Purebred Dairy Cattle Association will conduct its Dairy Cattle Judging Conference on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 9:30AM at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds in Fond du Lac WI. The conference will be led by Roger Turner, Sun Prairie,WI. Roger has a vast array of experience judging shows throughout the US, Canada and internationally. This year’s conference will emphasize the new showmanship scorecard and proper oral reasons.
To be a PDCA certified judge, individuals should plan to attend a judging conference on a regular basis. Judges who demonstrate the appropriate skill levels at the conference are listed as PDCA recommended judges with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection. WI DATCAP maintains a list of registered county fair judges.
