The scholarship program of the American Jersey Cattle Association supports educational opportunities for Jersey youth enrolled in post-secondary institutions and also on-farm internships. Scholarships to be awarded for the 2013-14 academic year include:

Jack C. Nisbet Memorial Scholarship, $1,500

Paul Jackson Memorial Scholarship, $1,000

V. L. Peterson Scholarship, $1,250

William A. Russell Memorial Scholarship, $1,250

Reuben R. Cowles Youth Award, to be announced

Cedarcrest Farms Scholarship, $1,500

Russell-Malnati Scholarship for Advanced Studies, $5,000

Bob Toole Youth Award, $1,500

Completed applications must be received by email or in an envelope bearing a clearly visible, legible postmark on or before Monday, July 1, 2013. Recipients will be notified in mid-August and awards presented at the Junior Banquet in November.
