There are just 10 days until the first Dairy Cattle Show entry deadline is upon us! Now is the time to be thinking about entering that special cow or heifer. Premium Books and entry information were mailed July 1. The Premium Book and online entry information can be found on the Dairy Cattle Show portion of our website. Entries are due Wednesday, August 31st. Be sure to submit your entries before late fees apply.
A reminder for those using the online entry system to use your login information from last year. Existing exhibitor profile information will autofill to this year’s entries. Please be sure to confirm your contact information and make any necessary updates. If you have forgotten your password, click “forgot password” to reset it.
REMINDER: Animal ID Requirements for WDE
All animals must have an official USDA AIN or Canadian CCIA RFID number listed on the entry form at time of entry submission. Pending identification will not be accepted.

Premier Breeder & Exhibitor Entries
Premier Breeder and Exhibitor entries can be made once you arrive on grounds. NEW THIS YEAR: Premier Breeder and Exhibitor entries are online only. For your convenience, computers will be available in the Dairy Cattle Show Office on the top floor of the Coliseum. Entries can also be made on any computer or smart device, via WDE’s Dairy Cattle Show website, beginning Sunday, October 1.
Ayrshire entries, for both the heifer and cow show, must be made by 5 p.m., Monday, October 2. For all other breeds, Premier Breeder and Exhibitor entries for the Heifer Show must be made by 10 a.m. the day of breed show, overall entries must be made by 5 p.m. the day prior to breed Cow Show. Overall Premier entries that include heifers must be received by 10 a.m. day of the Heifer Show.
