Wisconsin Junior Holstein Members Planning Convention

The annual Wisconsin Junior Holstein Convention will be held in Appleton on December 28-30. The event, which is using the theme ‘We’re Rebooting in 2022,’ will commence with numerous activities for the nearly 500 junior members in attendance, including a dairy bowl contest and dairy jeopardy, as well as a contest room with arts and crafts, advertising, county scrapbook, and photography contests.

Junior members also have the opportunity to participate in prepared speaking contests and a dairy promotion contest.

In addition to participating in these activities, junior members will be recognized for their achievements throughout 2021. Acknowledgment is given to those receiving 12 and under, Younger Member, and Distinguished Member recognition. A new Outstanding Boy and Girl will also be named. And the 2022 Wisconsin Holstein Princess and Attendant will be selected during the convention.

This year’s conference is being hosted by the Waupaca-Waushara Junior Holstein club.

The Wisconsin Junior Holstein Association strives to positively influence young people by recognizing and congratulating their achievements and accomplishments in the industry.
