Winner Lives Up to Name in the International Junior Brown Swiss Show

Top Acres Garbro Winner-ET, owned by Jonathan Hubbard, Thurmont, Md., brought home Grand Champion honors from the International Junior Brown Swiss Show at World Dairy Expo® on Thursday, October 5.

Winner placed first in the Five-Year-Old Cow Class and went on to be named Senior and Grand Champion of the Junior Show. She and Hubbard received the $500 Udder Comfort Grand Champion Cash Award and the Lillian & Keith King and Jim King Grand Champion Junior Show Award for this achievement. Reserve Grand Champion of the Junior Show was awarded to Cutting Edge T Delilah, owned by Kyle Barton of Ancramdale, N.Y. Delilah also stood at the top of the Four-Year-Old Cow Class and received the Lillian & Keith King and Jim King Reserve Grand Champion Junior Show Award.

Official judge Keith Topp, Botkins, Ohio and Associate Judge Dean Dohle, Halfway, Mo. placed 86 junior owned animals.
