Robella Holsteins is located in Balgonie, Saskatchewan, approximately 30 minutes east of Regina. Robella is home to the Lindenbach family, Reg & Julie and their son Kenton and his wife Alicia. The Lindenbach’s have been farming on their home quarter for over 100 years and it is a 4th generation farm, with Kenton being the 3rd generation of Lindenbach’s in the dairy business.

There are 66 cows milked in a tie-stall facility at Robella, with 200 head of replacements. All the animals are registered, purebred Holsteins, with the exception of one fancy Jersey cows. The Lindenbach’s breed for long lasting, high type cows that are well balanced, seeking both physical and index conformation. Bulls are selected with no lower than +12 Conformation and now the family is definitely paying more attention to the correlation with health and fertility as well. They are currently using Sidekick, Denver, Doorman, Tatoo and Undenied.

* Robella Dundee Eden EX 3* is backed by an VG-86 4* Gibson and an EX Leader. She is the dam of Robella Goldwyn Edgeley EX-93 2E who was All-Canadian Sr 3 Year Old in 2015 and Reserve Intermediate Champion at the Royal that year. Edgeley now has 3 Superior Lactations, one Super 3 and one VG daughter to her credit so far. Eden continues to be on a flush program and Kenton is excited about Goldwyn and Dempsey daughters coming this summer.
* PDF Goldwyn Highball EX-94 3E 4* has also made a tremendous impact for Roballa and their partners, Lampada Holsteins. Highball has an impressive show record highlighted by back to back Grand Champion wins in Morris, MB, in 2011 & 2012, as well as Reserve Grand Champion at the Westerner Dairy Championship in 2012. Highball has made over 100,000kgs Lifetime so far and has 1 EX, 5 VG and 2 GP daughters.
* Robella Reg Breeze EX-91 2E can be traced back to the heart of the Glenridge herd. Her daughter, sired by Budgeree Loaded-IMP, just scored VG-89 as a 3yr Old, after being fresh only 3 weeks with twins! She could be one to watch this fall!
* Robella Reg Macy EX-94 2* was a special cow at Robella who was lost too soon. She has an impressive show record which is highlighted by being Nominated All-Canadian as a 5 Year old in 2013. Macy left behind 1 EX, 3 VG and 2 GP daughters, including Robella Sanchez Marabella VG-89 who was 1st 4 Year old and Grand Champion at this year’s BC Holstein Spring Show.
