Liz Anderson was named the 2014 Washington PDCA Hall of Fame Recipient, Mr. Rex Chamberlain of Moses Lake was this year’s Master Breeder recipient and this year’s Mr. Holstein Award winner went to Mr. Dick Dudonsky of Kelso.
