The Ontario Holstein Branch office is relocating to Brantford, Ontario and will be open for visitors on November 1, 2017. The new office will have its space at 20 Corporate Place, within Holstein Canada’s building. The office in Cambridge, Ontario will be closed effective October 31, 2017.
“With our quickly changing industry, the Board of Directors feels this move will lead to opportunities for the Branch to further its service to our members and increased efficiencies by sharing resources with Holstein Canada, such as financial and administrative services,” says Sandy O’Hara, President of the Ontario
Holstein Branch. “We appreciate the opportunity and look forward to this business arrangement with Holstein Canada.”
In line with the organization’s mission, this exciting change will ensure Branch resources are allocated effectively, and will provide cross-training and succession planning opportunities as the organization progresses. Field Representatives will continue to serve the membership of the Branch with dedication and passion in the communities that they represent.
Merina Johnston, General Manager of the Branch believes the move offers a tremendous opportunity.
“Relocating to Brantford will allow our organization to refocus on the needs of our membership and the youth that are the future of the Holstein industry.”
The Ontario Holstein Branch is a provincial arm of Holstein Canada, providing field services to over 4,500 members across the province, and engaging in youth activities, breed promotion, and education.
