Reginald (Reggie) Wallace

1950-2017

Peacefully at his home, with his loving family by his side, on Wednesday, March 15, 2017, of Reginald (Reggie) Wallace, beloved husband to Frances (nee Strang) Wallace, of Elmsdale, in his 67th year. Born at Alberton, March 17, 1950, he was the cherished son of Brendon and the late Roberta (nee Adams) Wallace. Dear father of Shelley (Duane) Rennie, of Elmsdale, Tanya (Scott) Harper, of Charlottetown and Alex, of Elmsdale. A loving grandfather to Brandon and Heidi Rennie, Madisyn and Thomas Harper, and Hank Wallace.

He is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, Ian Strang, of O’Leary, Erroll Strang, of Alberta, Winnie Strang, of Charlottetown, Joan Strang, of Charlottetown, Marilyn Strang, of Mill River, Rick Carbajal, of Toronto, and Ronnie Gamble, of Charlottetown. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, Katherine Profit, of Summerside, Eric (Sandra) Adams, of Burlington, Ontario, Ruby (Roy) Fraser, of Northport, Lorraine (Fraser) McKinnon, of Summerside, Lillian Adams, of Rosebank, Freda Adams, of Moncton, and Lily Riley, of Alberton. Special cousin Jewel Finley, of Elmsdale, as well as many cousins, friends and acquaintances.

He was predeceased by brothers and sisters-in-law, Freda (Cecil) MacDougall, Herbie (Pat) Strang, Doris (Boyd) Mincie, Vernon Strang, Florance Carbajal, George, John, Charlie, Eva Gamble,  and Benny and Donnie in infancy.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Thursday, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Friday afternoon from the E. Gerald Rooney Memoral Chapel, Pastor Ross Morrison, officiating. Interment later in the Elmsdale United Church Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, memorials to the Home Care/Palliative Care would be greatly appreciated.
