Oakfield, NY – Oakfield Corners Dairy invites youth of all ages and experience levels to the first Growing through Showing Youth Workshop April 30th, held in conjunction with their Tag Sale. Registration for the workshop is now open, and the deadline for registration is March 31st. The registration form is available here on Cowsmo.

Showing, Fitting, Nutrition, Housing, Selection/Judging, and “What to pack in your Showbox”-a session on supplies and show preparation, will all be covered. Industry leaders and professionals will be on hand to teach different sessions as well as answer any questions. A fun, interactive, and educational day will provide youth the knowledge to take their showing to the next level. The workshop is free and lunch will be provided.

In addition to the workshop, The Tag Sale at Oakfield Corners will be taking place April 30-May 1. Oakfield Corners Dairy will be offering show calves priced affordably between $1,000 and $5,000. There will be a pre-sale cattle viewing the evening of Friday, April 29 and the sale will begin the morning of April 30.
