Nicole joins the team covering the Mid-West & Eastern USA as well as Ontario areas
Cowsmopolitan would like to welcome Nicole Schirm to their team as the Midwest and Eastern USA & Ontario Sales Representative. Raised on a registered Red & White Holstein Farm, Briar Holsteins, Monroe, Wisconsin, Nicole comes to Cowsmopolitan with a wealth of knowledge and connections in the dairy industry. Nicole has a major in Agriculture Business from Western Illinois University. Her experience as the Operations Manager/Executive Secretary for the Red & White Dairy Cattle Association where some of her responsibilities included maintaining and pursing potential members and subscribers for The Red Bloodlines and maintaining the RWDCA herdbook, as well as her article consultant position with the Holstein World will be a big asset to the Cowsmo team!
Nicole will be responsible for broadening Cowsmo’s marketing base in the USA while heading up all inprint and online advertising & subscription sales for both in print and online advertising in the Mid-West and Eastern United States and Ontario. This area includes all states east of and including North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas as well as the province of Ontario, Canada. Nicole will also be responsible for covering events in these areas. This realignment will have Janice Baginski continuing to cover the Western states for both advertising sales and coverage as well as maintaining her current responsibilities with Cowsmo’s website.
Nicole and her husband Dusty along with their two sons, Wyatt and Chase continue to build their own business out of Loudonville, Ohio. Two successful Jersey sales: The Franchise Kind I & II has provided them with the opportunity to grow. Their business includes specializing in many different aspects of owning and boarding cattle as well as many private sales of All-Americans and All-American Nominations of Holsteins, Red & Whites and Jerseys.
