Baraboo, Wis. (November 20, 2014) – Accelerated Genetics is pleased to announce the following new hires.
Accelerated Genetics is excited to welcome Rick Adams as a newly hired District Sales Manager. Adams will oversee and manage Direct Sales Representatives and technicians and assist Area Sales Managers in the Western Texas and California regions.
Since 1995, Adams worked in roles to build sales areas and technician services in the Midwest and California. Most recently he worked for as a regional sales manager. He also worked in a similar role for another AI company prior to the last one.
He attended Southeast Missouri State University and grew up on a family dairy farm in Southeast Missouri. The farm operates with about 70 cows and, for the past twenty years, has consisted of primarily registered Jerseys. Adams is also involved with 4-H, FFA, Missouri Jersey Cattle Club and the American Jersey Cattle Association.
Accelerated Genetics announces the new hire of Ashley Stewart as a District Sales Representative. Stewart will focus on genetic and reproductive solutions for customers in California.
Prior to joining the Accelerated Genetics team, Stewart worked as a sales representative for another A.I. company for more than seven years in the Tulare County, Calif., area. Stewart is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science.
She is the fourth generation to grow up on her family’s small farm in Illinois, which consisted of a herd of Milking Shorthorn cows and about 200 acres of corn and soybeans. Outside of work, she is involved with the American Milking Shorthorn Society. Stewart and her husband, Nathan, live in Vasalia, Calif.
