Minnesota Holstein Hosts All-Breeds Convention

The Minnesota Holstein All-Breeds Convention was held March 3-4 in Red Wing, Minnesota. Highlights below! Follow the Minnesota Holstein Association’s Facebook page for more highlights from the Convention.

The Arnie & Kris Gruenes family was recognized as the 2023 MN PDCA Distinguished Breeder.

The MHA President’s Award was presented to Tony and Maizie Scheffler of Zumbrota, MN.

Darrel Rennich of Bruce, South Dakota, was named the 2023 Minnesota Holstein Association Person of the Year!

Cory Schmidt, owner of Intrigue Holsteins in Cosmos, Minnesota, was awarded the Distinguished Young Holstein Breeder Award.

The Minnesota Holstein Association has elected a new slate of individuals to serve on the Board of Directors. Devoine and Linda Kruse of Dev-Lin Holsteins were this year’s recipients of the Longtime Meritorious Service Award.
