MaryAnn Siegler of Siegler Dairy Farm Obituary

MaryAnn Siegler, age 63, of Imlay City, Michigan died Thursday, August 6, 2020 at her home in Imlay City.  MaryAnn Catherine Ruhlman was born February 10, 1957 in Mt. Clemens, MI. She is the daughter of the late Anthony J. and the late Alvera C. (Kaltz) Ruhlman.

MaryAnn grew up in Imlay City and was a graduate of Imlay City High School, Class of 1975.   She married Jeffrey Mark Siegler on March 29, 1974 at Imlay City, Michigan.  She and Jeff were high school sweet-hearts, best friends, and soulmates.

 MaryAnn was the heart and soul of Siegler Dairy Farm. She worked hard and loved hard. Her personality and spirit were like no other. She was kind, compassionate and was always thinking of and caring for others. She was a blessing to anyone that was lucky enough to know her.  MaryAnn loved life and everything about it. She loved the farm that she and Jeff have built, she loved her children, and she loved her grandchildren even more! They were her pride and joy.  MaryAnn and Jeff were 4-H leaders for 20 years, and members of the Michigan Milk Producers Association.

Her loss is great, and she will be deeply missed.   MaryAnn is survived by her husband: Jeff Siegler; her daughter: Julie (& Tim) Wolford of Imlay City, MI;  her sons: Mark (& Ashley) Siegler of Imlay City, MI, Kip (& Rochelle) Siegler of Imlay City, MI, Greg (& Amanda) Siegler of Imlay City, MI sisters: Beth (& Tony) Zappella of Imlay City, MI and Dolores “Do” (& Bob) VanDenBerg of Imlay City, MI; brothers: Pat (& Carol) Ruhlman of New Haven, MI, Jerry (& April) Ruhlman of Imlay City, MI and Vince (& Lori) Ruhlman of Florida; and her ten grandchildren: Lonnie Wolford, Lance Wolford, Michaela Wolford, Jack Siegler, Nora Siegler, Penny Siegler, Catherine Siegler, Chloe Siegler, Adalyn Siegler, and Nolan Siegler.  MaryAnn is preceded in death by: her parents: Anthony and Alvera Ruhlman; her brother Chuck Ruhlman; and her parents-in-law: John and Jean Siegler.  

The Memorial Services will be held 1:00 pm  Friday, August 14, 2020 at Goodland Community Church, 2008 N. Van Dyke, Imlay City, MI.  Pastor Ken Tison will officiate.  The family will be available for visitation 11-1 pm Friday, August 14, 2020 at Goodland Community Church.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City, 225 N. Main Street, Imlay City, Michigan.   Due to recent health concerns of the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing (six feet apart), masks (to be worn at all times), and limited occupation (10 people at a time) of the main chapel of the church will be enforced.
