Holstein Canada would like to extend an invitation to you to participate in the Holstein Canada Annual General Meeting that will be held via teleconference due to the COVID-19 outbreak on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, convening at 12:00 p.m. EDT. We have added an online component through GoToWebinar to make the meeting interactive while practicing personal distancing.
If you would like to participate, you must register! To do so, please go HERE and register your name and email address, then click “Register Now” and follow the prompts. You will receive a confirmation of registration via email.
At the time of the meeting on Wednesday, April 29, click on the GoToWebinar link that was provided in your confirmation email and sign in. NOTE: We recommend that you try to join the meeting about 15 minutes early to ensure there is enough time to sort out any issues you may encounter when joining the meeting.
We will be using English-language software and providing special instructions for simultaneous translation to make a smooth experience for all our members. Special details for the French language portion will be included in the confirmation email.
