Harrisburg – The entry period is closing for dairy producers and dairy industry youth to register for shows and contests at Now Premiering: the 2014 All-American Dairy Show. The last day for late entries for the shows isAug. 29.
The show is Sept. 13-18 at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and features the Premier National Junior Events Sept. 13-16.
Deadlines are Sept. 5 for the All-American Invitational Youth Dairy Cattle Judging Contest on Monday of the show and the Junior Management Contest and the Dairy Judging Forum, both on Tuesday of the show.

Contestants for the All-American Youth Showmanship Contest on Sunday of the show register from 4:30-6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, and 7:30-8:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 14.
The show will again recognize the Supreme Champion Bred and Owned animal, with the winner receiving the use of a gooseneck stock trailer for one year.
The 2014 All-American Dairy Show features 22 shows in six days in addition to the nation’s only all-dairy antiques show. Last year’s event featured nearly 2,800 animals and more than 1,300 exhibitors from across the nation. The week caps off with the 58th Pennsylvania Dairy Princess Pageant onSaturday, Sept. 20, at the Radisson Hotel Camp Hill.
