The Canadian Dairy Network (CDN) has released the February genomic evaluations, bringing in a new bull to the top of the charts!
De-Su Mg Davinci sires 7 of the top 10 on the list of females with their first genomic evaluation, knocking out Mogul, Numero Uno and pushing SuperSire, who sired the #1 female last month, down to #6. The number 1 heifer this month sits at +3645, her dam being a Peotti out of a Roylane Shot Mindy 2079-ET. The number 2, 3 and 4 heifers range from +3579 to +3552, they all share the same dam, a Snowman daughter, again out of Roylane Shot Mindy 2079-ET.
