Cowsmopolitan All-Breeds Dairy Magazine is seeking an aggressive sales person to head up ALL advertising & subscription sales for both in print and online advertising in the Quebec.
This role would also include covering events, taking photos, posting results and reports on the website while promoting Cowsmo in Quebec.
The successful candidate should be fluent in French, and possess the ability to communicate well in English. This individual will also be working constantly with social media (Facebook and Twitter). Experience in sales, photography and social media would be an asset. Word Press and some writing experience would also be an asset but not necessary.
The ideal candidate should be organized and self-motivated. They would excel in working independently and would have strong communication skills. These attributes along with aggressive sales skills with the ability to feel comfortable making cold calls are a MUST. This position would be part time involving both commission (advertising) and hourly/event based wages (events and website).
Previously this role was occupied by Josiane Chabot. We wish Josiane the best of luck with her new job as at Select Sires Genervations as their Communications and Social Media Manager and all her future endeavours.

Ce rôle inclut également la représentation, la prise de photos, la mise en ligne de résultats et la rédaction de reportages de divers événements de l’industrie au Québec.
La personne doit avoir une très bonne maîtrise du français écrit. Cette personne travaillera avec les médias sociaux (Facebook et Twitter). De l’expérience en vente, en photographie et dans les médias sociaux est un atout. De l’expérience en rédaction est un atout, mais ce n’est pas une condition obligatoire.
Le ou la candidate idéale devra être organisée et motivée. Cette personne doit être autonome et doit également posséder d’excellents atouts en communications. De plus, cette dernière doit être habile en vente et à l’aise de faire plusieurs appels. Ce travail est rémunéré à l’heure ou par événement, mais aussi à la commission (vente de publicités et abonnements).
Le poste était auparavant occupé par Josiane Chabot. L’équipe du Cowsmo lui souhaite la meilleure des chances dans ses nouvelles fonctions à SelectSires Genervations, en tant que Responsable des communications et des médias sociaux.
