All-American Dairy Supreme Best Bred and Owned Cow will travel in style with an Eby aluminum stock trailer for one year

The owner of the Supreme Champion Best Bred and Owned Female of the 2014 All-American Dairy Show will travel home pulling a new Eby aluminum stock trailer. Named during the show’s Supreme Champion Pageant Sept. 18, the winner will earn use of the trailer for one year.

The All-American runs Sept. 13-18 at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center in Harrisburg.

“We are proud to partner with Eby to offer the exhibitor of the best homebred cow the use of a livestock trailer for one year,” said Agriculture Secretary George Greig. “The All-American is the only major dairy cattle show in the nation to offer this useful prize, and it will be beneficial as the winner travels to other shows across the country.”

The gooseneck trailer is 24 feet long, 8 feet wide and 6-and-a-half feet high, and will carry special logos noting its prized cargo.

“It was an honor to win supreme bred and owned honors at last year’s 50th All-American,” said Chip Savage, owner of 2013 All-American Supreme Champion Best Bred and Owned Female Savage-Leigh Gold Lona-ET. “The trailer has been great to use and shows Lona’s accomplishments as well as the dedication of the All-American team to putting on a top-notch show.”

Eby Trailers has six locations and their corporate headquarters is located in Blue Ball, Pa. In addition to Pennsylvania, Eby has sales and service locations in Indiana, Iowa, Ohio and South Dakota. This is the second year Eby is sponsoring the prize.

The All-American Dairy Show features 22 shows in six days in addition to the nation’s only all-dairy antiques show. Last year’s show featured nearly 2,800 animals and more than 1,300 exhibitors from across the nation.
