2024 TD 4-H Dairy Classic Conformation Judge Announced

The TD 4-H Dairy Classic – Canada’s premier national youth dairy show – announced the Conformation judge for the 2024 show. Held in conjunction with The Royal Winter Agricultural Fair, the Showmanship portion of the Classic will take place on Monday, November 4th and the conformation classes will be judged on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024.

Jenny Thomas along with her husband Nathan, and their three children – Colton, Kendall, and Camryn, along with Nathan’s family, own and operate Triple-T Holsteins in North Lewisburg, Ohio. The Triple-T herd consists of over 100 registered head of Holsteins and Jerseys with the current milking herd being 35 head. The farm also harvests over 200 acres of hay annually.

Triple-T has been fortunate to breed, own, develop, sell and board over 180 All-American and All-Canadian nominations. It has been home to many champions over the years including favorites – Extreme Electra, Stephan Sparkler Vera, Starmark Ad Hotstuff-Red-ET, Lovhill Goldwyn Katrysha, Meadow Green Abso Fanny-Red, Bri-Lin Valson Spritz, Showdown Justine, Rivendale VIP Eloise and most recently, Stoney Point Joel Bailey. Triple-T houses and develops the Vierra Jersey Show herd along with caring for their own herd of elite Holsteins and Jerseys. T-Triple-T Dundee Paige (2E-EX-96) has served as the cornerstone of the Holstein herd and has produced three 95-point offspring and many other excellent descendants. Another cow that has made an impact on the herd is Ms Exels Dundee Beauty (EX-95), she is the dam of Ms Beautys Black Velvet-ET (EX-96) who has claimed best bred & owned of the show at World Dairy Expo two years in a row for Triple-T and our partners – Duckett Holsteins & Vierra Dairy.

Jenny has judged shows on the local, state, regional and national levels for both Holstein, Jersey, and several other component breeds. Jenny worked full-time as a professional cattle photographer for ten years and now enjoys taking photos on a part-time basis. Jenny currently works full-time as a marketing coordinator for Vierra Dairy, D&D Ingredients, JLG Custom Services and several Swanson Family businesses. She still assists at the farm daily with cattle care and assists in marketing and promotion of the genetics and handles all paperwork for the farm and the sales that they manage.

Jenny has officiated the Jersey and Red & White Shows at the UK Borderway Show, the Ayrshires at International Dairy Week in Australia, the Premier National Junior Show at Harrisburg, IN State Fair Jersey Show, Wisconsin Championship Jersey and Red & White Show, and has judged multiple breeds at state shows in Utah, Pennsylvania, New York, and California. In addition, Jenny has served as associate judge for the All-American Jersey Junior Show and associate judge for the Eastern National Holstein Show in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
