The 2019 Pennsylvania Dairy Summit is scheduled to be held February 5-6 at the Lancaster Marriott in Lancaster, Pa.
The PA Dairy Summit is an annual dairy conference held for dairy producers and industry representatives in PA and surrounding areas. It is hosted by the Pennsylvania Center for Dairy Excellence, and Professional Dairy Managers of Pennsylvania.
Each year attendees gather for two days to cover a broad range of topics in the industry. “This year’s program features well-known “Dairy Coach” Tom Wall, who will share his perspective on helping farms become more productive while focusing on its people, and dairy producer John Brubaker, who moved from Pennsylvania to Buhl, Idaho, and now Knott-Run Dairy, a 300-cow operation nationally recognized for its milk quality standards.” (padairysummit.org)
