US National Brown Swiss Convention Sale

The US National Brown Swiss Convention Sale 2017 was held July 7th in Canton, OH. The sale averaged $4,510 on 67 live lots.

The top seller was Lot 6, Fairdale-Renegade CP Julip-ET, a June 2016 Chilli Pepper daughter of Kruses Victor Judy EX94-2E, the 2012 All-American Senior 3 Year Old. Julip sold for $17,00o to Elite Dairy, NY, and was consigned by Rottinghaus, Woods & Sparrow, KY.

Two lots sold for $11,000 to claim the spot of second high price. Lot 44, Lakeview Pepper Ransom VG86 is a Chilli Pepper from a Power Surge and was consigned by Wayne Sliker, OH and also purchased by Elite Dairy, NY.

Also selling for $11,000 to Elite Dairy, NY was New View S Encore, selling as Lot 1. Encore is the 2016 Unanimous All-American Winter Calf and is a Seaman from an EX91 Simon followed by an EX91-3E Anchorman. She was consigned by John & Bonnie Ayars & Kenny Manion, OH.

The third high price was $8,500 paid for Shen-Val Supreme Satin-ET, selling as Lot 77. Satin is a Supreme daughter from an EX91-2E Jetway out of Wapsi-Ana Premium Shila EX93-2E. She was consigned by Wayne Sliker, OH.

Lot 12, R N R Pierce Primrose EX90 sold for $8,000. Primrose was the Intermediate Champion at the 2017 Ohio Spring Show and is a Pierce daughter from an EX90 Goldwyn. She was the consignment of Ron & Renee Michalovich, OH.

Two lots brought $7,750, including Lot 22, the 2016 Reserve All-American Fall Calf, Ourway Seaman Fancy, consigned by Ourway Farm & Nathan & Daisy Johnson, SD. Fancy is a Seaman from a VG86 Braiden from the Vixie family.

Also selling for $7,750 was Lot 2, R N R Calvin Dreamgirl-ETV, an April 2017 Calvin from R N R Prelude Dusty EX94-2E. She was the consignment of Kevin Michalovich, OH.

Lot 51 sold for $7,400. Top Acres C Wizzie Show-ET is a December 2016 Carter from the 2013 Unanimous All-American Senior 3 Year Old Top Acres Supreme Wizard EX95-2E. She was the consignment of Wayne Sliker, OH.

Selling for $7,000 was lot 31, Dublin Hills Sawyer, a September 2016 Tallant from Dublin Hills Sasha EX93-4E. Sawyer is a potential ninth generation EX  and was consigned by Dublin Hills, MD.
