One of the most anticipated sales of the year, the Music City Celebration Sale is complete in Nashville, TN! The sale averaged $9631 on all lots and $11,122 on 60 Live and Choice lots. The sale was hosted by Borderview Genetics and MD-Hillbrook, and managed by MD-Hillbrook Sales & Service. Topping the sale was Sunny Plains Dempsey Laurel (EX-92) for $77,000. Laurel was 1st Sr 3yr Old & Intermediate Champion at the Northeast Fall National and 3rd at World Dairy Expo. She was consigned by Tim & Sharyn Abbott and sold to Paul Page, WA.
The sale began with a Mitchell Guitar signed by Alan Jackson. It brought $2,000 with the proceeds going to National Dairy Shrine.
