GTPI TYPE Sale 8th Edition 2016

The GTPI TYPE Sale 8th Edition 2016 took place on Friday, February 12th at the Landis-MRK barn in Leola, PA. Co-managed by Landis Marketing & Daniel Brandt Pedigrees and Marketing, the sale averaged $3,009 on 117 lots. Topping the sale at $7,400 was an added lot Crestlea Astro Karen EX96-3E.

The GTPI TYPE Sale 8th Edition 2016 is set for Friday, February 12th at 11AM at the Landis-MRK barn in Leola, PA. This sale will feature 123 lots of exceptional quality Holstein genetics. Sale Results

The GTPI-Type 8th Edition Sale was held on February 12, 2016 in Leola, PA.

Managed by Landis-Marketing and Daniel Brandt, the sale averaged $3009 on 117 lots.

Topping the sale at $7400 was an added lot, Crestlea Astro Karen 3E-96.   Consigned by Tim Donough Jr, Port Deposit, MD, Karen sold open and ready to flush or IVF and was purchased by Adam Fraley, Muncy, PA

Two lots commanded the second highest price of the day at $7200 and were purchased by Brandt-View Farm, Annville, PA.    The first was a flush age +2605 GTPI, +3.02T Kingboy grand-daughter of Curr-Vale Goldwyn Delicous 2E-94, then 6 more EX dams and was consigned by Currie Holsteins, Tully, NY.  The other lot was a Supershot +2594 GTPI  ready to flush or IVF from an Uno, then a VG Freddie from EX-91 Armstead and traced by to Juror Faith and consigned by Progenesis LP, Ontario, Canada.
Selling for $7000, was a beautiful, June High Octane calf that is +3.68T from Ms D Apple Danielle-Red EX-94, 3x Nominated All American Red and White and a maternal sister to Diamondback.   The next dam is Ms Delicious Apple-Red-ET 2E-94 and then Apple herself.   Brian Gunkleman, OH bid last on this consignment of Amanda Kennedy and Chip Savage, Union Bridge, MD.
