Clinton County Classic Sale

The Clinton County Classic Sale 2017  was held March 25th in Carlyle, IL. The sale averaged $2,380.

The top seller, selling for $5,000 was Lot 1 Golden Oaks U Chardonnay-ET VG86-87MS. She was consigned by Golden Oaks Farm, IL and is a Numero Uno from an EX93 Atwood daughter of Golden Oaks Champ Rae-ET EX93-3E, followed by seven more generations of EX Roxys.

The second high price of the day was $4,000 paid for Lot 2 Peak Rapid Dtour 80214-ET. She is a +2737GTPI +7.6PL +3.3DPR Detour from a +2557 Supersire out of a VG86 Numero Uno from the Barbie family. She was the consignment of Peak Genetics, WI

Lot 9 was the third high seller of the day bringing $3,950. Golden Oaks Goldn Future-ET is a VG87 Goldsun from an EX92 Alexander daughter of Harvue Roy Frosty EX97-3E-GMD 2x WDE Supreme Champion. Future was consigned by Golden Oaks Farm, IL.

The fourth high lot sold for $3,800. Oakfield Doorman Tracy-ET sold as Lot 3. She is a March 2016 Doorman daughter of Luck-E Damion Tassel EX94-2E, followed by four more generations of EX dams. She was the consignment of Oakfield Corners Dairy, NY.

Two lots brought $3,700, to tie for the fifth high price of the sale, including Lot 54 Troyer-LWH Absol Renee-Red, a Senior 2 Year old fresh in November from a GP83 Atwood out of a VG87 Advent followed by seven generations of EX dams from the Markwell Bstar E Raven family. Renee was consigned by William Vonderheide, IL.

Also selling for $3,700 was Lot 26, consigned by Ludwig Farms, IL. Ludwigs-DG GoChip Lowly is a VG87 Gold Chip fresh in March. She is out of a Superstition from five generations of VG & EX dams from the Savage-Leigh Licorice family.

Lot #3 – What a dandy Doorman from Oakfield Corners out of EX94-2E Luck-E Damion Tassel! She can be a highlight to your show string this summer as a Spring Yearling.

Lot #25 – A Beemer Summer Yearling from a VG87 Braxton x EX90 Bush

Lot #53 – Bigtime Jr 2 for the shows this summer by Mccutchen whose 3rd dam is Tri-Day Ashlyn.

Lot #73 – A Malone Summer Yearling from five generations of VG & EX dams

Lot #89 – A December Hypnotic from a GP84 Destry x EX91 Samar
