The Cal Poly Classic Sale was held June 2 at the Cal Poly Dairy in San Luis Obispo. 57 lots averaged an impressive $4,784.38! The high seller was Lot 5J, JX Faria Brothers Klay SLO {3}-P-ET for $70,000. She is the #12 GJPI heifer in the breed and the #1 Polled Jersey of the breed! She was consigned by Faria Brothers, and purchased by Genex. Second high seller was Lot 1, Dinas Doorman Divine-ET for $9,600. This fancy Spring Yearling is a Doorman from Unanimous All-American & All-Canadian Co-Vale Dempsy Dina 4270-ET (EX-95). She was consigned by R-John Holsteins, Petaluma, CA, and purchased by Dominic Balistreri, Petaluma, CA.

The Cal Poly Classic Sale will be held June 2 in San Luis Obispo, CA. The sale features 39 Holstein lots and 18 Jersey lots. Hosted by the Cal Poly Dairy Club, the sale is held every 10 years and features some of California’s finest herds.
