2019 National Jersey Heifer Sale

The 2019 National Jersey Convention Heifer Sale took place Friday June 28, 2019 in Saratoga Springs, NY. The sale averaged a new record of $10,308 on 35 lots! The high seller of the sale was Lot 21 – Wetumpka Viceroy Java-P who sold for a record breaking $103,000 to Pine Tree Dairy of Ohio.

Lot – 21 High Seller $103.000

A special highlight of the sale was the NY Jersey Breeders donating an antique All-Jersey Milk sign from Poly Meadow Farm, which raised more than $9,500 to be donated to the Leach family of Kansas after the recent destruction of their farm due to a tornado.

Also, PA and NY Jersey breeders recognized Sara Barlass for her years of service in the Northeast region, serving as an area rep with a hand painted Jersey scene.
