Holstein Canada announced the 2025 Master Breeder recipients – 21 in all. The Master Breeder shield is the most prestigious award a Canadian Holstein breeder can receive, and recognizes a herd for having the best ratio for breeding cows that possess the complete package— high production and outstanding conformation, with high proficiency in reproduction, health, and longevity.

These breeders will be feted and awarded their Master Breeder shields at the Holstein Canada National Convention Master Breeder Gala on April 19th.
