US National Red & White Convention Sale

The US National Red & White Convention Sale took place in Kasson, MN on June 9th.

Topping the sale was Lot 12A, selling for $8,250. Melarry Modesty Sunshin-ET sold as a choice with her Jedi sister. Sunshin is an April 2016 +2647GTPI +6.4PL +1.9DPR Modesty from a GP81 Main Event daughter of Dymentholm Sunview Sunday VG87 followed by 11 generations of the Planet Silk family. She was consigned by Melarry Farms, MN.

The second high seller was Lot 26, consigned by McKenna & Coltin Coffeen, WI. Overland AJ Graffiti-Red VG85 sold for $6,200. Graffiti was nominated All-American R&W Fall Yearling in 2016, and is an Apple Jack from an EX93-2E Barbwire with two more generations of EX dams.

Fetching the third high price of $6,000 was Lot 1, Strans-Jen-D DB Talicia-Red-ET. Talicia is a March 2017 Diamondback daughter of the 9x R&W All-American nominated Jen-D Devil Tiffany-Red EX95-3E. This calf is a maternal sister of the 2x R&W All-American & WDE Grand Champion Strans-Jen-D Tequila-Red-ET EX95. She was the consignment of Stranshome, MN.

Milksource Redbrst Alma-Red VG88 sold as Lot 27 for $5,700, and was the fourth high seller. Alma was fresh in May and is a Redburst from a VG87 Contender out of an EX90 Advent followed by four more generations of EX dams from the Shoremar S Alicia EX97-3E family. She was consigned by Stranshome, MN.

Fifth high price of the night was $5,000, paid for Lot 5. Apple-PTS Adamari-Red-ET, a March 2017 Drake daughter of KHW Regiment Apple-Red-ET EX96-3E-DOM. She was consigned by Apple Partners, IL.

Rounding out the top six high sellers was Lot 47, bringing $4,600. Shiloh-USA Avh Diana-Red-ET is a December Avalanche from an EX92-2E Starfire followed by an EX92-2E Leduc. She was the consignment of Shiloh Dairy, WI.
