The World Ayrshire Event Sale 2016 was held on Friday, October 7th at the World Dairy Expo. The live lots in the sale averaged $3,960.
Topping the sale at $6,250 was Lot 4, Grand-View HP Real Daily-ET. Daily is a potential 9th generation Excellent Reality, due in May to Distinction. She is a daughter of Grand-View Sumtotal Divot EX94, and was consigned by Tim Busch & City Slickers Farm LLC, WI.
Two lots tied for second high seller, bringing $6,000 each. Lot 13, Old-Bankston JC Francis Bambi-ET, is a March 2016 Francis daughter of 2x Unanimous All-American, World Dairy Expo & Royal Winter Fair Grand Champion Steam-Valley Wilton Magic Bri EX94. She was consigned by Neal Smith, TN.
The other lot selling for $6,000 was Lot 16, a pick of two different flushes, both sired by Burdette, either from Steam Valley Wilton Magic Bri EX94 or her daughter, Old-Bankston JC Bri’s Bikini-ET VG89. The pick was consigned by Kurt Wolf & John Cannon, IA.
Fourth high seller at $,5200 was Lot 5. Selwood Visserdale B Sunrise isa Deburary 2015 Berkely from an EX93 Normandin. She sold carrying an Ultrasound Female Flashy Kellogg embryo out of Royal Flush BC Alona EX-CAN. She was the consignment of Visserdale Farm & Robert Tolhurst, ON.
Rounding out the top five sellers was Lot 8, selling for $4,200. Palmyra-Ragimore-EV P Gigi-ET is a July 2015 Predator from five generations of All-American nominations. She is out of an EX90 Pretty followed by an EX90 Poker. She was consigned by Palmyra Farm, Els & Ragimore & Volschenk, MD.
