Sale Terms & Conditions:
– All animals will be individually priced. Prices will be available February 22 2016!
– “Intent to Purchase” any unsold lot can be established at any time prior to or during the sale by contacting anyone on the sale staff. This intent will be documented and is binding.
– ” Intent to Purchase” If at 8:00 AM PST on Saturday February 27 there is one and only one Intent to Purchase requested on a specific lot(s), that lot will be officially sold to the person who has submitted that intent.
– “Intent to Purchase” If at 8:00 AM PST on Saturday February 27 2016 there is more than one person who has registered an Intent to Purchase on a specific lot(s) at the listed price, bidding on that lot(s) will be opened up to those people only. The first person to register an intent to purchase will be given an opportunity to raise the bid (by a minimum of $100). All other eligible bidders will be given an opportunity to the last bid( in order of received intent to purchase) and the bidding will continue until no eligible bidder is willing to raise the last bid. At that time, the lot(s) will be officially sold. The bidding process can be done as expeditiously as possible by phone, in person or through a member of the sale staff.
– “Intent to Purchase” After 8:00 AM PST on Saturday February 27 2016 and prior to 9:00 PM on Saturday February 27th 2016, the first person to register an Intent to Purchase for any lot at the listed price will be immediately deemed the buyer of that lot.
– Cash or good check sale day. No cattle released until payment is received unless prior arrangements have been made. Housing arrangements must be made prior to purchase with Tom DeGroot or Briar Jeg.
