The Global Impact Sale is complete with an astounding $8,970 total average, breaking down to $9,240 on the Holsteins and $7,883 on the Jerseys. The sale was held on April 21, 2015 in Lardner Park, Victoria, Australia.
Topping the sale was Lot 1, a January 2015 Gold Chip daughter of O’Kalibra at $112,000. She is the first direct daughter of an EX97 point cow to sell in Australia, and was the selection of Frank & Diane Borba, of California. She was consigned by Parrabel, Allen & Nelmes.
Second high seller at $23,000 was Lot 3 Lightning Ridge CMD Doorman Barbie IMP-ET USA, a February 2014 Dooman daughter of Ms Gold Chip Bright VG89, backed by seven more generation of EX and VG dams. She was purchased by R.T & R.E Zanders. She was consigned by Declan Patten & Callum Moscript.
Rounding out the top three high sellers was the high selling Jersey, Lot 24B Lightning Ridge CMD Verbatim Karlie 2-ET, a January 2105 Verbatim daughter of Page Crest Excitation Karlie EX91, 2013 WDE & RAWF Grand Champion. G.J & L. J Bryce were the successful bidders on this exciting Jersey calf. She was consigned by Declan Patten & Callum Moscript.
Second high selling Jersey was also the fourth high seller of the sale. Riverside Verbatim Lollypop, a September 2014 Verbatim daughter of Riverside Country Lollypop EX93, followed by five more generations of EX dams, was purchased by G.J & L.J Bryce. Country Lollypop was the 2013 IDW Grand Champion, and Verbatim Lollypop is the first daughter of Lollypop offered for sale. She was consigned by Riverside Jerseys.
